If your company is an Exempt Micro Enterprise there are only two choices:
If you are 100% black owned then we’ll be happy to take a call but we can’t help you. Most EMEs opt for a 51% black ownership model. |
QSE compliance is complicated. If a company has less than 51% black ownership then they will need to comply with a QSE scorecard. In our experience obtaining a level 2 without 51% ownership is both costly and time consuming and unlikely. Most QSEs look to expand their ownership to 51% to complete an affidavit and become a level 2 contributor |

Large companies are not automatically promoted to a higher BEE level because of their level of ownership. Ownershield can provide ownership to larger entities to maximise the points under ownership. Ownershield Large is adaptable to all BEE sector codes and targets. |
